We chose to build with Wensco after seeing a home plan on their website that we both liked. After doing some research, we found Wensco to be a reputable company.
In our experience, our new home was completed a month sooner than expected. Communication with the builder and sales staff was excellent.
We would recommend Wensco because we had a very positive experience. This was our first home built from the ground up and we have heard horror stories about building, but everything was great.
We would definitely choose Wensco again!

The process of building our new home with Wensco Inc) was such a pleasant and fun experience. Wensco worked with us to make some alterations to the floor plan and as the building commenced, they respectfully answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. Even the little hiccups (and they do occur with any build) were handled so quickly and to our complete satisfaction. My husband, who comes from both a residential and commercial construction background, was very pleased with the quality of this home.
The quality of this construction was impressive, the working relationship with the builder was fantastic, and the trust developed with them was solid.
We would like to thank Herb & Steve Wensmann and all their vendors for making this such an enjoyable transition for us. We have received many compliments on the home — from the architecture to the floor plan to the curb-side presentation. With this move, we are down-sizing which can be difficult. The process has allowed us to be excited about our new home and the design features will allow us to make the transition easily. We love the home, location, views and the neighbors!”
