1. What prompted you to choose Wensco, Inc. to build your new home? My realtor showed me a townhouse near my daughter’s home. The price worked for me and I really liked the floor plan. I was familiar with Wensco’s history and made a quick decision.
2. Please tell us what you liked most about the process of building your new home with Wensco, Inc. Although a lot of time is involved with the finishing of new construction, I found everyone was so pleasant and willing to answer my questions. I actually enjoyed it!
3. Would you recommend Wensco, Inc. as a builder to others and if so, why? I definitely would recommend Wensco and actually have recommended them. The quality of their work is very impressive. The agents and sales people were reassuring if I was hesitant about a choice.
4. Is there anything else you would like to add? The builder’s willingness to follow up on any delayed items was also reassuring for me. Thank You!
